The Mountfield 827M is a compact ride-on mower designed to make lawn maintenance faster and more comfortable, even when working with smaller gardens. Its narrow design allows it to pass through a standard garden gate, while still providing enough performance to efficiently maintain lawns of up to approximately 0.75 acre.
With its compact dimensions and agile handling, the 827M is particularly well suited to gardens featuring narrow passages, tight corners, trees, borders and other obstacles. Its small turning circle makes changing direction and navigating around difficult areas considerably easier than with a larger garden tractor.
Versatile 3-in-1 Mowing
The mower offers three practical ways to deal with grass clippings. You can collect the cuttings in the 150-litre rear grass collector, discharge them from the side when dealing with longer grass, or use the supplied mulching plug to finely process the clippings and return them to the lawn.
When mulching, the finely cut grass is distributed back across the surface where it can naturally break down and return nutrients to the soil.
224cc STIGA Petrol Engine
Power is provided by a 224cc STIGA single-cylinder petrol engine, offering dependable performance for routine lawn maintenance. The machine uses a manual transmission with four forward gears and one reverse gear, giving you control over your working speed and allowing you to select a suitable gear for different mowing conditions.
The 66cm cutting deck uses a single blade and provides six selectable cutting heights between 30mm and 76mm, allowing you to adjust the finish according to the condition of your lawn.
Simple Deck Cleaning
After mowing, maintaining the cutting deck is straightforward. The integrated deck cleaning connection allows you to attach a garden hose and wash away grass and debris from underneath the deck, helping keep the cutting system clean and ready for its next use.
Practical Equipment Included
The 827M comes supplied with a mulching plug and battery charger, giving you everything needed to make use of its different mowing functions.
This ride-on mower is primarily designed for flat lawn areas. If your property contains particularly uneven ground or rough terrain, a larger garden tractor may be more appropriate.
Ready-to-Mow Delivery
The machine is supplied with a premium Ready-to-Mow delivery service. An authorised Mountfield dealer will carry out a pre-delivery inspection, prepare the mower for use and arrange delivery at a convenient time.
The dealer will also demonstrate the machine and explain its main controls and safety features.
