The Baxi 824 24kW Gas System 2 Boiler is a compact, wall-mounted system boiler designed for homes with higher hot water demand or more than one bathroom. With a 24kW central heating output and ErP A rating, it works with a separate hot water cylinder to provide heating and stored hot water.
Its compact 395mm wide × 700mm high × 285mm deep casing is designed to fit inside a standard 290mm-deep kitchen cupboard, helping maximise available installation space. Built-in pipework within the boiler casing further supports a neat and compact installation.
The Baxi 824 includes an Adey MagnaClean Micro2 system filter, helping protect the boiler and heating system from sludge and magnetic debris. It also features a stainless steel heat exchanger, brass hydraulics and a pre-heated siphonic condensate trap designed to help reduce the risk of condensate freezing.
The boiler is compatible with Baxi uSense smart heating controls and is OpenTherm certified, allowing compatible controls to optimise heating performance. It can also operate with natural gas or LPG without a conversion kit and is certified for use with a 20% hydrogen blend.
