For improved visibility when working in darker conditions, the updated 2026 model is equipped with LED headlights.
42-Inch Cutting Deck
The 42-inch side-discharge cutting deck uses two blade spindles to cover a wide area efficiently. A removable mulch cover can be fitted when you want to mulch the grass instead of discharging the clippings.
Mulching finely processes the grass and returns the clippings to the lawn, providing a convenient alternative to side discharge and helping maintain a tidy-looking lawn.
13 Cutting Height Settings
The X107 provides 13 different cutting-height positions, giving you plenty of flexibility when adapting the mower to different grass conditions.
A spring-assisted, hand-operated height lever makes adjusting the cutting height straightforward, with settings ranging from 1 to 4 inches.
Smooth Hydrostatic Transmission
The hydrostatic transmission provides continuously variable ground speeds without conventional gear changes. The mower can reach up to 5.5 mph in forward drive and 3.2 mph in reverse.
John Deere’s Twin Touch™ pedals allow the operator to control forward and reverse movement naturally while making changes in direction smooth and convenient.
